Yes we have visited this spot before with Heather a few years ago. Yes it is a public spot. No there wasn’t any issues, which once again demonstrates that nudity in public is okay.
There is a little known fact, that public nudity in many countries is perfectly legal and anyone can roam around nude if they want to (wait for it), unless someone complains. Yep you are within your rights to go nude, BUT it is dependant on the approval of another person.
Adding to this, no major media source has ever told its populace that nudity is legal. If they did, then most people wouldn’t complain. Its this omission that is causing people to complain, because they still think nudity is illegal.
Do some research of your own, and you might be surprised at what you find. You also have to question, why isn’t the populace being informed of this. Why is mainstream media so tight lipped about it? Why wasn’t this like many major laws, gazetted for everyone to see?
So Pure-Rebel happily went nude knowing that she was legally okay to do so, as long as she didn’t complain. Surprising what a smile and a wave can achieve.
